Spent our New Year's Eve at this place and it had great value for money. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the shopping center and the beach. The air conditioning made our stay comfortable despite the hot weather. The apartment was fully furnished and we were able to do laundry in the room.
The room was outdated and some appliances needed an upgrade. The bathroom was not as clean as expected upon arrival.

the location close to broadbeach was good.
very sparse, no extras for atmosphere at all, like a cheap crappy rental unit. Noisy - traffic and back neighbours. Quite hot and stuffy, no fan in lounge room. POor value for money. Iron leaked and had black spots on it.

The close location to where our friends were staying and the proximity to restaurants etc at Broadbeach made it ideal for us.
I found the roadworks etc made accessing the Mardi Gras very confusing, it is very disruptive with all the barracades etc. The building was quite tired and in need of a facelift, the gardens having to be dug up did not help the look of the place.

We recently stayed at a hotel during our Christmas break. the location was spot on, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. the rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and the bed was comfy too. We especially enjoyed the pool, which had the perfect temperature.
the hotel was old and in dire need of renovation.
